CUBBY — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cubby, provided by Luka Global Limited. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cubby for your own personal expense tracking, subject to these Terms.

2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Not Financial Advice
Cubby is a tool to help you record and review your own spending. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Totals, budgets, and currency conversions are estimates and may not reflect actual exchange rates or amounts.

4. Subscriptions
Some features (such as Cloud Sync) may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the respective store under its own terms; manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

5. Service Provided "As Is"
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data such as OCR results and exchange rates will be accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luka Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

7. Termination
You may stop using Cubby at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
